SHS AB sells and markets goods over the Internet and through retailers to companies and private individuals. In order to shop at the swehospitalsupply.se web store, the buyer needs to be 18 or over or have the consent of a guardian, and have a valid Swedish ID document to pick up packages. When orders are then placed by e-shopping at swehospital.se through orders, by telephone or email (sic)[1], an agreement is entered into between the customer and SHS AB, company registration number 559251-3534. SHS AB makes reservations regarding any errors in product information, prices and pictures on the website. The exact appearance and nature of the goods is not guaranteed by the pictures on the website. We reserve the right to correct information and prices without prior notice. We reserve the right to annul an order which contains incorrect personal details or if fraud is suspected.

The content of this page, such as pictures, logos, graphical details, text, videos and sound are protected by Swedish and international copyright laws and belong to SHS AB or one of our suppliers.
Order
A purchase agreement is not entered into until we have confirmed your order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you have stated. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery is not able to take place for some reason. You as the customer order your goods through our website, www.swehospital.se. The order also means that you approve our terms of purchase and consent to us registering your name and personal or company registration number in our customer register.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), exclusive of VAT. The prices are current and may change without advance notice. The cost of shipping and any additional services will be added. Companies, municipalities and county councils are offered advance payment or invoice. Private individuals pay in advance in accordance with stated payment details.
Invoice
With the invoice payment option, an invoice is sent in connection with the product leaving our warehouse. An invoice is sent to the invoice address given by you as the customer. We offer a 30-day invoice payment period. As the customer, you undertake to pay by the deadline for the payment method selected. In the event of a delay, a late payment penalty of SEK 50, exclusive of VAT, plus penalty interest of 8 % will be charged. In the event of delays longer than 30 days from the original due date, the case will be forwarded to the collection agency, where there will be a charge of SEK 160 plus penalty interest of 10 %. Shipping cost & delivery[2] Orders of warehoused goods are normally sent within five working days of your order. If the product is temporarily out of stock at the warehouse, the delivery may take longer If the product is temporarily out of stock, the delivery date will be notified as soon as information on the delivery has been received from SHS’ suppliers.
Companies
For companies, municipalities, county councils and private individuals, the goods will be sent with the shipping company being used at the time. The shipping cost is based on the weight and size of the consignment. Prices on the website are always exclusive of shipping, and the shipping is added to the invoice.
Responsibility for the delivery
When your consignment has left our warehouse, the responsibility for the delivery becomes that of the shipping company delivering your order. SHS AB cannot provide any delivery guarantee for goods which are not available in the warehouse at the time of the order or for goods which have left our warehouse.
Packages not collected
We reserve the right to charge the handling expenses which arise where there are obstacles to delivery or for packages which are not collected. We therefore charge a fee of SEK 285, inclusive of VAT (return shipping, handling costs) for packages which have not been collected or cannot be delivered.
Obstacles to delivery
Where there are obstacles to delivery because the customer has provided incorrect delivery address details, or contact details such as email address or mobile number for Secure-Innovative-Sympathetic advice, the customer will be charged a fee. So, ensure that you check that all details are correct before you make your purchase.
Complaints
SHS AB complies with the Consumer Sales Act’s guidelines concerning the right to complain about our goods. The right to complain covers manufacturing faults in the goods you have purchased from us. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time of you having noted or when you ought to have noted the fault. Contact our Customer Services if you wish to complain about a product or are not satisfied with your purchase. It is important for you as the customer to describe the fault in as much detail as possible. SHS AB reserves the right to not recognise a complaint if the product proves not to be faulty in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Refund
When we have received and checked the returned product, we return the full purchase total as soon as possible, including any shipping cost (not the return shipping), but no later than within 30 days.

In accordance with PUL (the Personal Information Act), you are entitled to receive the information that we have registered about you.
